came in and they took care of me before closing with no appointment. I worked with who I believe name was Curtis and he was the man. was helpful and made me aware of what could happen to my rims and also just worked with me well and didn't show any type of frustration. I'd come back again for sure

I am moving to Kent in about 2 years I have been looking for a full service garage a while and wanted to try Flynn's it was all good they called said i was done told me they left my tire rings off didn't want to be responsible for them coming off truth is they put the weights on the tire and its in the way of the old style clips on the tire ring they should of told me this I would of payed to have the tire turned so i could use my rings my daughters Prom is Friday and I have to go to Summit to by replicas the new style will work no matter where the weight is. Really upset me Thinking they lied to me by not telling me the truth. The work they did do was great and babied my car I really was happy Told the wife I think I found a new full service Place we have 5 vehicles and its scary taking your car some where hoping the people are honest I just wish they would of called and asked about it I really would of payed for the inconvenience instead a big head ache and another set of butty ring

Tire was flat the next morning. Thanks for wasting my $20 and causing me miss a class.

On Saturday had a flat tire in N. Canton. No spare.Remembered a friend mentioned taking his car to Flynn's several times.I had car towed to Flynn's. Monday I called and then went to Flynn's for new tire.Professional, courteous service.Very satisfied customer.

Appointment

Your service man told me that rear brakes were in need of replacement so I did a brake job the pad he told about was still 1/2 there !! And I don't know why you have to tighten lugs so tight that you can't loosen with a 4way lug wrench !! And you replaced 1lug nut with the wrong style !! We have bought tires there for sometime and this was NOT what I'm used to !! VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!
