All went well as usual. The mechanic forgot to put a new oil change sticker on my windshield which I do appreciate but not a big problem.

Service was fast and friendly. Tire was reasonably priced. I wish they would have offered a tire rotation with the new tire and that they would have shown me the irreparable spot. Perhaps even a picture on a phone if you aren't allowed in garage bay. Over all as pleasant as a flat tire out of town can be.
They were backed up and short staffed but still got my car in and out in 1 business day, and gave me a ride to and from work (same city) at no charge. $18 to fix my flat and balance out the psi levels in my tires after weeks of below freezing temps. Can't complain about that. Friendly and respectful staff that seem trustworthy--especially important as a female customer.
Fixed my heat shield and let me know I had a ball joint broken. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
Problems were handled quickly and professionally. I was informed as to the progress and problems discovered and given options on how to resolve the issues.
