2004 Honda - 4/6/18

I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service at Flynn's Tire & Auto Service on 4/6/18. My daughter and I had just finished a college visit at Kent State and when leaving the visit found that we had a flat tire. After mounting the donut we traveled to another tire shop that honestly acted like they didn't want to help us. We pulled into Flynn's and as soon as we got to the desk Jeff had already noticed we had an issue. Told him what happened and that we were trying to get back home, which was about 2 hours West. Traveling that far on the donut was not an option. He said he would work us in as best he could. We figured we had about an hour and a half wait at least given how busy the shop was. Fifteen minutes later Jeff called my name and said we were all set. They patched the tire for us in the middle of another job. He even gave us a future Kent State student discount! A great experience and we appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff. Thanks! John B.

I had a great experience at Flynn's in Kent. They checked my tires twice and finally suggested that it may be the tire. It was and they fixed it.I travel many miles each day and they are the best.

Tire repaired

It was a great experience. The cashier was great talking with him and i didn't have to wait too long to get my tire repaired. Flynns also has some really nice tires compared to other places

Power steering leak

Still leaked after $1400 to replace hoses. Then decided it was the pump for another $450. Charged me $600 for parts I could have bought for $300 retail. AND - it's still leaking so I guess I still need to fix it myself!!

Flynn's Tire have very nice and professional people employed at their State Route 59 location. They do great work and attempt to work with you closely on all automotive issues, and give honest and open diagnostic feedback.
