Great Service, As Always!

I was looking to replace the OEM Continental tires on my Audi A3. I've done business with Flynn's for years, and they didn't let me down again! I arrived half an hour early, yet they took me in right away so I wouldn't waste my Saturday morning waiting on tires. The Goodyear tires I got are fantastic, and the price included a $100 rebate! Thanks for the great service!

Very disappointed....

I was told Id need additional repairs than what Id originally come in for, which I get happens, but when I asked to be shown the damage - which is usually standard at shops anyway - they got funny with me and said theyd already taken my car down - thought that very a bit shady/suspicious. Especially as this repair that Id asked to see the damage on cost over $600. So, there was that. I was also told that my two front inner rims were bent and that they could try to re-shape them (an extra 50$ manual laber cost than Id originally come in for). I agreed to do this as they explained it as being very imminent. My car never moved from where it was parked outside the shop after theyd completed the initial work. So essentially, Im certain they got 50$ from me for nothing. I am a young, female college student and so I truly believe when I walked in they thought shell be naive enough that we can get some money off her. I took my car to another shop - they told me the work done was BS.
