Pre and post alignment after new tires had almost no difference (waste of $90).Had car towed to Flynns because I broke down and already had appt for new tires. Seems like they just didnt feel like looking for the issue. Told me they couldnt find anything wrong. When I went to get the car it still wouldnt run right so I had to have it towed to another garage.Have been to this location a few times and will likely not return. I am unimpressed with their service and customer care.

The tires I had installed were installed and balanced properly but no one asked about the old tire disposal. I did not want the old tires back and hopefully the weight of them did not break the rear springs in my Buick verano
My husband said he saw no wear in my tires which he checks often and said they charged for alignment just because I was female...very disappointed if that is true
Customer service was good, as usual. No complaints there.However, a few hours after leaving, I realized that my heater, which worked perfectly before I got there, was now not working properly. Now, the fan blows normally, but the heat goes on and off, intermittently. Especially when the cars idling in Park. Itll either blow cold air until I put it in gear and drive it, or other times, out of the blue it goes from blowing hot air to blowing cool air without touching the controls at all. This seems to happen more when the engines on, with the car not moving, but it also happens while driving. None of this happened before I brought it in to you guys. I gave it a day of driving since, to see if it changed but the heat still doesnt work properly. What can you do to fix this? Ill bring it back in to the shop tomorrow and we can go from there. Not happy right now.
