Wait a minute. i didn't decline the road hazard contract

Annoyed

The wait was not too long which was great. But when they put my tires in my trunk, they closed it carelessly and broke the piece that holds up my hatch cover. I'm sure whoever did it heard the plastic crack. As soon as I opened the hatch, I could see the broken plastic pieces. I feel this should have been called to my attention and reparation made.
