I can't understand why, when you have an appointment time, you wait for 45 minutes after that time for your vehicle to be taken in for service. Once my vehicle was finally taken in, things went fairly quickly. They had the pressure monitor in stock, which was great. But keeping appointment times on schedule needs to be handled better.
Simply put, theres no other choice.

I have not been able to get the $60 rebate filled out yet - states incorrect code. I don't think it can be filed until August, but wasn't explained to me.
Knowledgeable, personable &Communication made getting my tires & oil change an awesome experience.
As usual they found the problem; I picked up a piece of metal in my tire. I also had an oil change & tires rotated. My question is what about the $15 reward card I should have received because I had synthetic oil change as always.
Always get good service, treated well, any questions are answered.
