The guys did a wonderful job and there life savers. I was stranded after getting in a wreck off I 80,the shop was about to close and yet they saw me and got me back on the road. True professionals and wonderful staff all together and they've gained a life long customer. I wouldn't go to another shop in Pennsylvania the service is exceptional.
I came in to follow up on an issue that continued from the previous owner. Dash message that the TPM system had issues. Went back Friday, the resynced computer. on the way home it happened again. I need to see my mileage for work and message covered it up. Ed said to bring it back Saturday 8 AM. Eventually found that the new valve sensor they put in was bad, and another one was bad. After a 3 hour wait, the issue was finally resolved. Where I was a little disappointed that the techs didnt at first seem to know what to do, Ed figured it out and was determined to get the issue resolved and worked tirelessly on it himself until it was. The issue has not returned and I consider it resolved.

Busy time of year. Staff was friendly and work was completed quickly.
My 2004 Mercury Monterey was running rough. Advance Auto said it was #5 spark plug or wire, Autozone said it was plug, wire, or Ignition pack. Jerry Taylor said since plugs and wires just recently replaced, it was the Ignition Pack. Bought one on line and Flynn's replaced the pack. Runs like a new 2004 Mercury Mini-van.
I was in desperate need of tires and the guys at Flynns made sure I was taken care of, the night I arrived they were extremely busy and had to turn me away, but they told me to come back first thing the following morning and they would get me in as soon as possible, by 10:30 am I was on my way with a brand new set of SAFE tires.
They said it was going to take a little longer than normal because they were behind, however it took over three hours with no apology etc. they also did not close my hood correctly so it made a very bad noise until my boyfriend fixed it. I probably wont be back again.
I felt appreciated and cared for from the minute I walked in the door. Service was fast, reliable, and reasonably priced.
