NEVER AGAIN
This was my 3rd set of tires that I've purchased here and my last. Ever since they installed these brand new tires on my truck it vibrates horribly around 50 mph. I hate the fact that you cant make an appointment so dropping my vehicle off all day does not work for me. They did take me in and rebalanced them and rechecked the front end alignment that they did. At this point I was told my tie rod was worn out. So why didn't they see this when they did my front end alignment the first time. Well after another $125 for the tie bar it still vibrates horribly. So I called and let them know that it did not work and nothing but crickets, dead silence. Didn't ask me to bring it in again. Nothing. !!!!!! I'm sorry but there are too many other tire stores in Erie who will work with me after spending a ton of money for tires.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
THE place to go for my tire needs. I have an SUV that is difficult to fit when it comes to tires. Matt and Jeff made some solid recommendations, and helped me with a tire brand. I had my new tires in 24 hours! They stayed a bit later on a Saturday to install the tires. Very knowledgable, friendly and I felt I was given a fair price. Installation crew gets shout-out for the nice work! Will buy from here again.

Underwhelming
Very disappointing. I went here because my tire light came on and I am about to make a long trip. One of the first questions I was asked is if I bought my tires here. "Umm, No, I just moved home to Erie and my tires only have 14,000 miles on them. Do you only service tires purchased here? "The representative proceeded to treat me like a pariah. I waited over an hour for him to ASSUME that I am a stupid female who doesn't know that tires can lose air when temperatures change. I arrived here as a client willing to pay for service, so that I could have piece of mind for a long distance trip. He persuaded me to wait, suggesting a bad sensor. After I left, I went to another tire shop and they repaired the affected tire...which did in fact have a screw in it. I will not return nor recommend. Male chauvinists at their best here.

Amazing service, cordial staff
Slid and stuck three times in recent snow storm ...with 4WD and SNOW TIRES!Have been going to a competitor forover 20 years..Flynn location was closer to my home....they made an appointment for me in a timely manner and were so nice and considerate while I waited for a wheel alignment. Outstanding staff and suv now has a smoother ride...can't wait for the next snow storm!!!! I will make this my "go to" for vehicle service going forward.I rarely review, but they deserve it!!!

It was the best vehicle service I've had in years. Matt is a very helpful manager. He and the rest of the staff are professional and courteous, and their tire prices are great. I absolutely recommend Flynn's to anyone.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
I highly recommend the Team at Flynn's in Erie!! Earlier this week, I visited them first thing in the morning (on a Monday, no less). I had a slow leak in rear tire. The Team on Pittsburg Ave were absolutely fantastic! . They took my vehicle right away and I was diagnosed and fixed and back on the road VERY quickly! I am so thankful for this service as it made our trip back to Virginia later that morning less stressful! Thank you very much!
