I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and they get you in quick. I dont know a great deal about cars so they take the time out to explain in detail whats wrong and how it needs to be fixed. Definitely recommend.

price was switched overnight

I was happy with the tires and wanted to begin using Flynn's as my regular service provider with them due to its closer location. They gave me a written estimate for a brake job. I set up an appointment for the next day for the brake job and oil change. When the job was done I was given a bill for over $100 more just for the brake job. When I questioned the bill the man, who I believe was the manager, told me that the computer had changed the price overnight. I produced my written estimate that he requested and they honored the price. They should have had my estimate from the day before and I really doubt that the computer decided to change price overnight. I was also charged a "shop fee" of $10. What the heck is a shop fee ? I also called my old mechanic and was given a price for the brake job almost $100 less than the original estimate. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, ain't gonna happen.
