I was changing my own brakes and rotors and had a lug nut that wouldnt budge. Took it to Zack at Flynns and he quickly removed it and gave me a replacement lug at no charge! Thanks for the great service Zack!
Purchased a set of tires, also asked about future services. The staff was courteous and answered all questions with recommendations. The tire install was on schedule ( even on a busy Saturday). Ill be back.
Everyone was polite and quick. I was able to remain in my car while the work was done, and everything was taken care of. It was fantastic!
The service, advice were exceptional. While the cost was minimal. Mechanic took the time to explain much about the issues I had with my car. Very friendly staff, and very trustworthy. Previously purchased tires for my car and my wife's car. Great service, low price.
I was on the road from North Carolina and my rear tires started to make a loud noise. My final destination was Cuyahoga Falls so I called Flynn's, since my dad always gets his car serviced there. My experience with Tim, the manager, was outstanding, taking a lot of time finding me exactly what I needed. He ordered my BMW specialized Michelin's and I was in this morning for the install. Wonderful place to take your car. Stopped in because heard loud noise and screeching . Diagnosed problem , gave me ride home and fixed the problem quickly. My new go to place for my auto repairs. Everyone was nice and respectful.
My car was making loud noises from multiple places I thought it was just one thing wrong. They was able to find all my problems and fix it in a timely matter. Customer service was awesome
Amazing from the moment I called and talked to Scott Rex I needed 4 tires for my wife's car he helped me out with recommendations he was very noligable and professional from beginning to the end. I made an appointment he took me the next day and when I met him in person he remembered our conversation the staff pulled car in was done in an hour couldn't of been easier and happier. The staff is very professional the store was very clean overall great experience they have a customer for life.
You guys were amazing! I do not trust another of people but the staff here is very honest and made me feel very comfortable !
Excellent customer service and maintenance crew. Got in quick and out. Friendly, affordable, and knowledgeable crew! I would recommend Flynn's to everyone. I'll definitely be going back.
