I have to tell you, I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have bought my last two or three sets of tires from Flynn and I also got tires for my mothers vehicle at the Butler store and never had a problem until I visited your Clarion store on Monday 11/10/2014.I was in to have my truck tires rotated and balanced. This is a new truck to me so the tires were not purchased from Flynn so I realize that I was not going to receive the free rotation, no problem. The service that I received was probably the worst service I have ever received from Flynn. After I left the store I drove to Marienville and on that drive I lost one of the center wheel covers from my wheel. Evidently it was not on tight. Tonight I noticed that two of the wheel cover rings were partially off, when I looked at it I found that two of those rings have tabs broken off them. This job cost me $55.00 and now it is going to cost me another $140.00+ to replace those caps. This is a really expensive tire rotation and balancing. The replacement ring for the one lost is $75.00 from the Ford garage but I have found them on ebay for $59.00. The wheel cover rings are going to cost me $69.00 -$100.00.The wheels have a two piece hubcap. This is for my 2006 F250 Super Duty. While I was in the store I witnessed two different customers arguing with the employees there and thought that was odd but now I believe I understand what they were also going through. I am not going to stand up at the store and get into an argument in front of other customer's about this and that is why I am writing you directly. I would expect fair compensation for my added expense. I have drove this vehicle for approximately 10,000 mile since I purchased it and had no problems until I decided to have my tire rotated and balanced, I guess this was a huge mistake. I have dealt with Flynn for several years now, but sadly I will probably never be back and I will probably pass on to others of the problems. My opinion is that you have some real problems at the Clarion Store and need to get it under control.

The Flynn's Tire Company is a family owned business operated by the Flynn family in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Our founders established a reputation of service and value that continues throughout the organization today. We are a family that really knows the tire and auto service business.

Growing from a single location in Mercer Pennsylvania to 28 total locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, our company is still expanding. To serve our retail store network, Flynn's Tire Company has four large warehouses strategically located to ensure that a large variety of tire sizes is available for our 19 retail outlets. As a result of our large buying power and network of locations, we have become a distributor of Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Hankook, General, Continental, Yokohama, Vogue, Toyo, Pirelli, and more, to other tire retailers, service stations, and car dealers in the Western PA and East/Central Ohio region. Our four Commercial Tire locations service commercial and farm/tractor suppliers and fleets. Additionally, Flynn's Tire Company has a tire retread division to supply truck tires to the motor freight carrier industry.

The Flynn family members all participate in the organization at different levels. However, Flynn's Tire considers all of its associates a part of an extended family and views them as valued members of the team. In fact, we believe we have the most knowledgeable, service-oriented staff anywhere in the tire business. Each and every one of our employees is committed to meeting the needs of our customers.
