Getting the runaround

I have had trouble at the facility in Meadville. Two of five lug bolts were sheared off in a short period of time after getting tires...obvious torque problem. The wheel was damaged. They took the vehicle and replaced the lugs and the wheel, except the wheel didn't match. They returned it that way without saying anything. When I took it back they made an excuse and ordered another wheel. They called me and said it was ready to go and when I picked it up after hours, the wheel still didn't match. My next move will be to contact the owner.

Great tire outlet

Just got tires for my Prius. as usual they met or beat everyone else's price and it comes with Life time tire rotation and balancing which no one else offers. It's a no brainier. this is the place to buy tire's. Have bought tires here before and am sure I will again.
