i went somewhere else last time for tires what a mistake that was , i like what you did with the place always like your tire prices first time for inspection ilike the they show whats wrong & give you 30 days to fix it & bring it back with no charge kept up the great work

What a mess

So Ive been a customer for years here ... usually no or very little problems and when there were ... they fixed them. Not this time!I had brakes replaced a few months ago after 48,000 factory miles. The brakes failed FOUR TIMES before 3000 more miles. They fixed them all three times to their credit, but after the third time ... when I was told it WAS MY FAULT ... I went to Mr. Tire and had them replaced a FOURTH time. ZERO issues (not even a squeak) in over 10000 miles since.So after the brakes and new tires were $511 ... the tires went completely bald after <10000 miles. Took them in for the warranty which was 40000 miles ... and was told the warranty wouldn't cover them due to side wear. Well ... FLYNNS DID THE ALIGNMENT!!! So any side wear ... WAS THEIR FAULT.I paid a reduced price for the tires (How nice of them) ... and took it to Mr. Tire to have it correctly aligned.NEVER again will I patronize Flynn's and I will never send another friend or family member there!

Work was done quickly and professionally. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong with the car without being condescending. The overall inspection of my car was a nice added bonus.

Good experience

These guys know what they are doing. I arrived about an hour early for my appointment, they took me right away, as soon as my order was complete I saw them pulling my vehicle in to the shop. Manager asked me if I wanted the road warranty on the tires and I declined and did not feel guilty as you sometimes do because he did not say anymore or try to push me into buying something I really did not need. Tires were put on timely and after a thank you and handshake from the manager, I was back on the road. Super guys at this place.
