Figured I'd Chance it again ..

After a horrific experience last year, I figured Id shop local again and give Flynn's another chance ... oops.Dropped our vehicle off for tires/alignment.Got a call around 11AM that 2 tires were needed and the alignment was slightly off ... I ok'd the tires and was told the alignment was so slightly off it wasn't even going to be charged .... and that they'd call when it was complete.By 6PM ... no call. We figured, lets drive down and see whats up since they close at 7:30. We arrived at 6:22 ... van locked inside ... doors locked ... everyone gone. Not only did we lose our vehicle (which we use for work EVERY day ...) we also didn't have our keys which we use for work EVERY day.In the AM picking up the vehicle, we of course got "we called" but both of our call logs show the truth that no call was made.The icing on the cake ... the alignment was indeed charged even after saying it wouldn't be,Ill be driving the extra miles to Mr. Tire from now on ...
