Tire Purchase

A phone call with Dave was wonderful in helping me decide on which tires to choose. He was courteous and pleasant as well as informative. When I arrived at Flynn's Tire, the paperwork took just a few minutes and I was in and out of Flynn's Tire in less than an hour with my newly mounted tires.Thanks Dave and Flynn's s Tire.

Tire rotation and oil change

Made appointment for 9:30 am, they took car in and I was out of there by 10.

Unhappy overall

I called and had a lengthy conversation about the transmission service, and was told it would be $140. After the car was there for 2 hours, they told me it would be much more because of the transmission fluid my Honda required. Instead, they did a drain and fill, which only changes a fraction of fluid, for ~$100. Here are my issues:1) They knew what type of vehicle I had before I came, why wasn't I quoted properly?2) They charged me $11.55 a quart for the fluid. Honda lists it at $8.23, and it is $6.00 online. Why is Flynn's charging 40% more than list?3) The standard ATF they use is $10.95! 60 cents less per quart than the "much more expensive fluid" I needed. So why didn't they just charge me $9.60 more (60 cents x 16 quarts) than the quoted $140?Everyone is nice there, and I've been there for tires, oil changes, alignments, etc, and this is the first time I will have a problem there. However, this was enough to make me not come back.

Tire Purchase & Change

Very pleased with the service. Recommended the correct product, fair price & completed in a timely manner. Also explained issue car was having with tire pressure sensor to me. I will definitely be a return customer

Tire Problem

Purchased 4 tires last December. Had trouble with 1 tire, it had a slow leak. A nuisance to repeatedly fill tire with air... Was told it was fixed, but tire continued to leak! Asked for new tire at tire rotation/oil change visit in the summer. Once again, was told it was fixed, however, leak in tire continued to persist. Asked again at 10/29/16 visit. Leaky tire was finally replaced, however, I was charged an additional $32 because Flynn sold me a defective tire! Very unhappy about this. Will not buy tires from Flynn again!
