We arrived just after closing (had planned just to drop off car and key and call them the next day)but they processed our order that evening. Despite our saying we were in no rush to have car back, they called early the next day to inform us the car was ready. They were able to fix our existing tire and the price was very nice. Over many experiences, we have always had friendly customer service, quick and quality work. Thank you.

My 1998 Jeep Cherokee needed new tires. I was told when I visited Flynn's Carnegie that tires for that car were hard to find. However, the Flynn's customer contact man spent significant time locating four tires for me at another location. He ordered them for me to be installed the next day. The tires were ready for me the following day and were promptly stalled. I requested an alignment check and was advised that my Jeep's alignment was good. There was no further charge.I have been buying new tires for my my Jeep at Flynn's Carnegie location since I bought the car in 1998.
