Not what I was told

Called ahead for pricing of tires and appointment for my daughters car. Was given a top price of $114 per tire, the most expensive of the three choices. When she went to the appointment, she was told she had a different size, even though I gave the specifics over the phone. She also said that when I protested, the employee laughed at me when I was put on hold. Not happy

Slow / lost my appointment

I called at 1030 for a noon appt for an oil change. They somehow lost it. Then the mechanics didn't take my car promptly to get me out asap. Took 90 minutes for my oil change. I then asked one man to look into how my appt was lost as I didn't want to come back again for an oil change if this was going to happen again. I gave him my number. One day later he has not called me back ... which I expected yesterday.

Dropped car unannounced with spare I installed due to highway debris. They patched the tire and neatly put the dough spare and jack away in the spare compartment. Charged me less than $20. Called and communicated with me along the way. Very, very pleased with how they handled this.

Above and beyond

Went to Flynns for scheduled inspection and asked Chris if he could see what else needed to be done for 70k check and if they might have time to do that as well, if anything was needed. Inspection was done quickly and Chris said I needed a few other things done for the 70k maintenance. He said they had time to do it, so I agreed. A little later he said that the tech mentioned the battery was getting pretty low so I asked if they could go that as well. I was waiting at the location for my car, forgot to mention. Chris returned with a total for all the work before he gave the ok to do it all and I very much appreciated that. All in all I was very pleased that the work was done so thoroughly and quickly and that they had time to do it all while I waited rather than have me cone back. Why would I go anywhere else for my vehicles service? Ive been here before for oil changes and tires and appreciate their work. Very polite staff, too.
