I had a slow leak that they were able to locate in a difficult area and replace the valve stem. The staff were caring and professional. They said come right in and addressed the issue right away. It's this kind of caring attitude and great service that keeps me coming back.

Service dept was prompt and helpful but the mechanics allowed me to leave with a tire so out of balance that I had to go back immediately to have it fixed. Still not smooth as before.

My car was done quickly and what seemed like professionally. I had to returh the next day because my brand new tire was losing air. Fixed that pretty fast. However, as a woman, I was talked to condescendingly by Randy during a billing issue. As soon as my husband showed up, he miraculously figured out the problem and worked with him. I was told to come back the next day. I would not recommend dealing with Randy as a woman. Tony, on the other hand, was wonderful, courteous and tried to help even when I got upset. If you must take your car here as a woman, talk to Tony. The technicians did a great job on my vehicle and the price was fair. They did not try and gouge me or make me buy anything more than what my car needed. So as the title suggests, I have a mixed review about this location.
Only spent about a half an hour total time! Excellent customer service.
I came in for a tire with a slow leak and they discovered my brake pads were dangerously worn. 5% on one wheel and 10% on the other. I left with a larger cost then what I expected, but the alternative would have an extremely high cost.
