Bad Service

I went there for four new tires and they had four in stock.Randy said he had promised two to a friend so I could only have two of them.I told them the drivers side front was losing air and to take a good look at the rim.I got the two tires put on and when I went out to my car they put the bad tire from the front on the back, so I still had the bad tire and the reason I went there in the fist place still on my car. I had to wait again for them to fix there mistake.On top of that they charged me a additional $ 18.68 Flat tire repair fee for there mistake.

The problem of ordering the wrong parts twice, too long to fix. estimated time quoted to have done was far off. Had to make arrangements of getting to work and pickup of vehicle , to me and my ride, Previous purchase of tires lead to a front end alignment which was ok. ..then you were looking for other things to fix that I did not come in for

Fast Service, No Hassles

Visited this location for 2nd time today. 1st time was last year: 4 new Flynn's tires mounted on new steel rims. Upon manager Randy's advice, I purchased the road hazard warranty - very glad I did.Since then, one rim bent badly: tire began to seep air & ride roughly. Brought the car to the shop today after making a last minute appointment the night prior. Mounted the tire on the new rim within an hour, rotated my tires, & billed nothing. No warranty hassle, no stress, HAPPY ME!The mechanic found the car needed 2 new tie rod ends. The salesman all but begged me to replace them. Because of the advance warning, I purchased the parts directly after leaving the shop, & family members will install them for me this week (though the Flynn's quote was fair, we're very broke). SO grateful I was warned, & didn't end up stranded or wrecked instead! Will return to this shop soon for an alignment.Great shop, GREAT guys! Respectful and professional. HIGHLY recommend.

Friendly, experienced,service people at the front desk ,took the car in at appointment time finished in a reasonable amount of time and explained problem. A great place to take your car for service.
