Tony was terrific

I brought my car in due to bad wear and tear on my Michelin tires I had replaced one year ago. They were worn down to the belts after 15,000 miles. Tony was excellent and involved Randy, the store manager, to make sure they were doing everything possible to take care of me and the issues.

Getting my flat fixed and a ne

I came in to get a flat fixed that was unable to be fixed as it was in the sidewall they got me a new tire put it on and I was out of there in 30 minutes had my car backed in Keys handed to me and I was ready to go always Professional Service here all the guys are great and very respectful two women of course we don't know too much but I never feel like I'm getting ripped off kudos to mr. C and his gang at Flynn tires

Efficient and Honest

I was told by 2 tire experts that my tire could not be repaired before I went to Flynn's. There was a one inch piece of metal embedded in it. They agreed and said a new one would be $160+. I was in a hurry, so I left my tire there so they could mount the new one on and asked to come back in the morning to have it installed on my car. Later that day I called to see if it was possible to come in the evening instead of the morning. They said it was fine. Then they informed me that when they took the metal out, only the part nearest to the center had actually punctured the tire. So they were able to repair it, and the cost was $20. As a woman, and a widow, I was ecstatic. They were so honest, especially since I had agreed to the new tire and offered to pay for it before I left the first day. Randy, Nick and Tony are awesome! I posted my experience on my Facebook page to recommend them and had comments of similar experiences. When I do need tires, I will go back to Flynn's in Austintown!
