Before heading to Canada for the weekend I noticed a bubble in the side wall of my tire. I took my vehicle to the Mahoning ave Austintown location and explained that I was planning on leaving in 2 hours for my trip. The gentleman at the counter assured me that he could get it done for me without delaying my time. Not only did he get me done in time but he explained my options and what would be best for my vehicle. He was professional and courteous and offered awesome customer service. I have never bought tires there before but will in the future because of your service.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful. He answered all my questions that I had. Even the waiting room was nice and comfortable. I will definitely go back.

Prompt caring service

I say caring service because I called after 3:00 pm and they were working on my car before 9:00 am the following morning. Everything was explained to us as to why the work needed to be done and the cost. They seemed genuinely concerned for our safety with regards to the brakes. I would call them again for service on my van .
