Too Many Issues

Long time customer of this location. Basic story: Took vehicle in for Inspection & emission test 1 week prior to the month of expiration. Vehicle had under the minimum miles for Emissions Exemption. Site would not perform Safety test w/o Emissions test 1st. Was told since it was several days prior to Month due- could not issue exemption & was charged full test price. Vehicle then failed Safety test- requiring repair that location had no ability to perform. Took over a month of part search & scheduled repair at another service facility, in which during that time the vehicle was out of service. Inspection expired by the time the repairs were made. Returned for follow-up inspection of repair and sticker at this location. Was then informed Full inspection needed to be repeated and was charged for another inspection. In addition, the 12 month sticker was back- dated to the Emission sticker- giving an 11 mo. inspection rather than the full year. This site lost a 10 yr/5 vehicle customer.

I was happy with Bob out front and Scott in the back. I was not happy paying $65.00for a state Ins.
