Where's the Q.C.?
This is the second time I've had to take my car back to Dobbs because the work was not performed correctly. This time I was charged for replacing a headlight, but when I got home the headlight had not been replaced. Doesn't anyone Q.C. The work being performed? We've been bringing our cars here for years, but the quality seems to have deteriorated the past couple of years.
