I always take my vehicles to the Dobbs in Swansea. I get great service and they are always fair with their estimates of what my problem might be. And if they don't have to do something they always reduce my charge to what was only needed. Not many places will do that.
Service Manager Corey was awesome. He very patiently explained the problem and what was needed.

Service was good, but over 90 minutes to wait for two tires is impractical when I was the only one in the waiting area

I couldn't ask for better service from your Swansea location. Steven is always ready to serve my needs and get my vehicle in as soon as it is possible. Cory is always there to answer my questions and do his best to fix it right the first time and hold the charges down. They never do anything that's not needed and always ask if I want them to do something that they suggest. I respect their honesty and am always happy with the work that they do. If on a rare occasion something does go wrong with something that they have worked on they have me bring the vehicle back and fix it without charging me. But that's only happened maybe once in the twelve plus years that I've been going to them. So I'm a happy camper and am very happy to give the Swansea location a 10/10 on trust and workmanship and friendliness.
Corey did such a great job, and he kept me in budget! Great guy!
There was a reocurring with the ac. It took several visits before it was completely resolved, but the follow on visIts were at no charge. Very satisfied with how they stand behind their work and promise.
All went well. Was in and out in about 30 min for oil change.
Corey the chief mechanic told me how to save money on this repair. I trust Corey to give me straight, honest options!
