Always check for spilled oil

Employees were friendly. Standard oil change took over 90 minutes with no updates throughout. What VIOC does in 15min. When we parked in the garage at home, oil they had spilled on skid plate dripped leaving a stain in our new garage. Please check this in the future.

Dead battery emergency

I was very pleased with the quick service I received. I called Shiloh Dobbs, asking how soon could I get my car battery replaced (after the battery had died and I needed to return to work ASAP). I was told to come right inthe battery was replaced within the hour. They promised to get me out by 3pm and they did!
