He was being yelled at by an extremely rude customer. Not only did he handle the situation perfectly but he made me feel appreciated as a customer as well. I don't remember his name, it could have been Chris. He deserves to be applauded for how he deals with customers on all ranges.

We were needing a quick oil change before driving on long trip to visit family for Thanksgiving. They fit us in and changed it in less than an hour.

I brought in the Yukon XL for a tire problem in that it kept going down but I could not hear or see a fault.An hour later it was ready to get back on the road. They found a screw embedded deep in the tread. The $24.95 flat tire service solve the issue.
