ALWAYS excellent service
Dobbs Telegraph has always done excellent work for me. The work I needed done this time was not an easy project and could have been very expensive. The manager, Matt worked with me in trying to find a difficult to locate part for an older vehicle. When he was unsuccessful in locating the part he didn't give up. Many places would have told me I was out of luck and had me come and get my car. but Matt and the staff at Dobbs went above and beyond in tracking down a repair item that they had never used before and ultimately in getting my car back in running order at a price that was CHEAPER than the original estimate! I got daily updates on the status of my vehicle and they were friendly and helpful at every step of the process. I have been taking cars to this location since we moved to the area over 15 years ago and I would never dream of going elsewhere. I have always been treated ethically and honestly at Dobbs. Many MANY thank yous to all the staff and especially to Matt McDavid!!!
