Great to work with.
Several months ago I purchased an oil change with a special promotion of "buy one, get one free." This visit I expected a free oil change, but was told that it was extra for certain oil and certain other charges totaling around $30. I purchased the certain oil during my first visit so I feel that what I bought the first time should be included in the "free" deal. I feel that the special was misleading. Am I wrong?
They were extremely fast and helpful in getting my 4 new tires put on
I pulled into Dobbs on my way home from work to check on an oil change and tire rotation. They took me in and in less than an hour I was back on the road with the additional bonus of having my low beam headlamp replaced since it was already dark. Super Service!!!

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and complete the job quickly. I also don't think they try to over sell services which are not necessary.
