Quick, attentive, professional

Dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon; it had been starting to drive a little rough when getting up to highway speeds. By Saturday afternoon, they called me to let me know the problem was my front two tires needed to be replaced; they had rotated the tires so it was 'ok' to drive but needed two new tires pretty soon. They didn't have the tires I needed in stock, but could get them Monday morning. I said I'd like to go ahead with new tires, but stressed that I planned on going to work Monday, so the earlier the better. Got a call at 9:15 Monday AM saying my car was ready. Not bad for having to get the tires in stock and put them on.I ALWAYS bring my car to the Lake St. Louis Dobbs if it needs service; Matt and the rest of the crew are top notch!
