Hello. I was yet again impressed by my service from Dobbs on Howdershell. Clint (store manager), Mark (sales manager) and John (service manager) are all fantastic. As usual, my service was performed efficiently and with courtesy. All are very knowledgeable and operate with great integrity. Thank you.

Very good service at this location
I needed to have some tire and wheel work done as a result of (barely) surviving local St. Louis potholes. Once again, Dobbs provided excellent and timely service at an affordable price. Now ... back to war with the potholes.
I called my nearest Dobbs around 630pm on Thursday with questions regarding tire prices. Mark answered the phone and was very helpful with information. To my surprise he invited me to come to the shop to get the new tires installed at that time. Which I was very happy and felt bad to keep them there past close. He ensured me that everything is okay and they wanted to make sure I was safe with the upcoming bad weather. Everyone was very nice although I arrived at 650pm. Mark, James, and Ben are an amazing addition to the Dobbs family. Thank them for my making my drive easier with my new tires and their speedy service. I haven't been to Dobbs since I moved from South city and Jerome at Chippewa. But I am very please that I can trust to bring my car to Mark, James, and Ben.
I recently took my car in due to some clunking and other noises. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and they contacted me with a thorough explanation. They even ordered a part through Subaru for me. Everyone was very helpful.
Always efficient, helpful and friendly..this visit was no different.
