Not very happy at this visit. Spent $514 for tires and oil change. Got the tires pretty good deal, I paid for an oil change driving to work the next day and oil light comes on they forgot to do oil change. Had to go to different Dobbs on lunch break to get oil changed.
Oil change and tire rotation. The technician called and said my air filter was dirty and needed to be changed. I told him I didn't think it could be all that dirty since I had changed it a couple of months prior! Why can't these places just do and charge you for what you ask for. Let me know if there is anything seriously wrong but don't nickel and dime me with stuff that doesn't need to be done!
Dobbs never disappoints.
Terrible. They failed to properly check my oil. They overfilled my engine with oil (after I had told them I believe the engines oil level is fine). While leaving, the engine barely ran and it was smoking badly. Then after getting the car back to them, they try to tell my my cars engine has internal damaged causing the car to smoke and barley run. They said my cars engine needs overhauled, or replaced. They did a second oil change (back to the correct oil level), and it ran like normal after 90 miles of burning up the extra oil that had gotten where it shouldn't have been. Now I can say goodbye to my Catalytic Converter and Spark plugs. The problem I had taken it there for was a loud fuel injector, not even a bad one, just getting louder with age.

Customer Service at Dobbs is always courteous and professional. Always costs too much, but that is a function of Volvo parts.
I brought in a tire for replacement and thought it was covered at least in part by the manufacturer warranty. When I received the voicemail saying the tire was ready there was no mention of cost so I was very surprised to be charged full price for the tire. We have previously brought our 5 vehicles to that location for tires but will not be back.
