I've been very pleased with the Broadway location.

Helpful and reliable

I have had my car serviced at this Dobbs Auto & Tire Center for almost 10 years and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Bryan, Otto and Mike (and all the rest of the staff) have always treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect and courtesy. They are thorough, answer questions and make recommendations without "talking down" to the customer which I cannot say how much I appreciate. I used to work in the downtown area and also appreciated the weekday shuttle service to my office

I'm very happy with the Dobbs Tire center on Broadway.

Fast

I called early in am and Bryan was very helpful. Something was wrong with my radiator so I had AAA tow my car to Dobbs. They took care of rest. In a couple of hours I was back on the road. They made things easy. I trust those guy and their work. I will get service there again..... I got buy one get one free oil change.

Tires

The customer service and friendliness of the staff at Donna on Broadway was phenomenal! They were straight forward and never try to push extra things on a customer! I really appreciate everything they do! My tires were installed in a timely manner as well!

I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair....had a nail in it. When I arrived home the day I picked it up, it was still leaking air. Had to make another appointment for them to fix. They completely fixed on second attempt. Rated poorly since I had to return.

I am a customer and I work for Nestle Purina around the corner. I just wet in for an oil change. The service was horrible. I cant tell if the oil has really been changed, they forgot to place a sticker on the car to tell me my next oil change. Told me my filter was dirty but I thought with the oil change, I got a new filter .. If not,then why was it not offer. Instead they wanted to sell me some expensive tires. Will not be going back. I had to contact them about my sticker and they said sorrybring it back. I didnt . I will guess when the 3000 milesis up and take my car else where to get an oil change. Never again
