went in for a tire patch

I dropped my tuck off to get a tire patched. 4 hours later I received a call that they would not be able to patch the tire at all. Since it was the end of the day, and I needed my vehicle, I told them to go ahead and replace the tire, and the matching rear tire. I never received a call to tell me when the work was done, so I had to walk to the store in hopes that it was done. Then come to find out that they didn't charge me the correct amount, so they needed to run my cc a second time. Which I let them do since honesty is its own reward, but it's the last time that I will do business with Dobbs.

We are always greeted with kindness which is a must in my book. I called the day prior to the appointment to have the emissions checked. It was completed in less time than originally stated. Also a plus!!

I cannot say enough good things about Tony, Paul, Cory and the mechanics. I have been getting my car serviced at that location for 11 years. I consistently receive the highest level of service. I trust them totally that if they recommend a service, my car really needs it. They ensure that I receive my warranty credits each and every time. I had my brakes replaced and there was an additional warranty credit that I should have received. By the time I got home, they had already called to notify me. Simply the best.
