I left my car with Dobbs expecting a charge upto $75 to fix a taillight issue I had. When I picked it up the charge was only $12.95. These people are trustworthy.

Good and Bad

I really enjoy talking to the manager and assistant manager at Dobbs but I should not have to spend 4 days talking to them. I was happy to bring my car in the first time to be checked out (never happy to pay that amount but I thought that would fix the problem) but when the problem was not completely resolved, I was far less happy the second time, the third time I was pretty mad, and now this fourth trip...They are very nice and respectful but I need my car to be fixed and little problems need to stop popping up, it makes me think something is clearly not being checked and could they be more focused on money. I like that they are so close and I thought they did great work, but I might take a second look before I stop by for a fix next time or go somewhere else.

State safety inspection

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I dealt with the store manager, Ben, when I both dropped off and picked-up my vehicle. I was very surprised and delighted that he waived the $100+ diagnostic check fee for the automatic door locks. I will definitely be coming back and my girlfriend will start bringing her car there as well!

BMW Tires

Good price, good service. However, I would expect a business as large as Dobbs to have the tools to work on any automobile. Dobbs could not perform full alignment on BMW because they did not have a special tool required. This means I have to make a separate appointment for alignment somewhere else. And the issue apparently is cost to purchase tool, not exclusivity to BMW dealership. 4 starts. Would have been 5 if you could have performed the full alignment there.
