I had another good experience at Dobbs. Gregg was awesome !
This store has a book of reasons not to warranty the tires they sale. The tires they failed to warranty were because of lack of tire rotation documentation. Tires were evenly worn and I rotated the tires myself.
For over 15 years we have been a customer. We wouldn't think of going any where else for tires and general service on our cars.
Country Club location is great. Very helpful and priced well. Changed work and now go to O'Fallon MO Hwy K & N intersection. I took my vehicle in for engine light and starter/alternator work and $700 later I got a tune up and still have engine light and bad starts. I will never visit again and it's a shame. If I was closer to Country Club, I would go there forever. So Country Club gets a 5 but O'Fallon K&N get a 1. Avg is 3. Still steaming that I paid $700 to still have the same issue.
Dobbs did an awesome job fixing my truck.
The Dobbs guys did a great job with great courtesy as they always do. they have been taking care of my cars needs for years now. I trust them all the way
As usual, my local Dobbs took great care of me and my vehicle! They had me in and out in short order all fixed and ready to roll.
always very good service and friendly people. if dobbs is to continue to give good service, the family should stop the infighting and get on with running the company.
I had a coupon for a 24.99 oil change that inc. topping off my fluids. I specifically asked to have my power steering fluid topped off because it was below the min. & my car would kind of make a grinding noise when I turned occasionally. When I got my car back (before I even left the lot) I checked under the hood to find that the cap was off of the power steering reservoir. It was beside it but my fluid hadn't been filled. I went back & told the guy @ the counter. He then went to the shop & spoke with a mechanic & I saw the mechanic walk out to my car. The mechanic came back & told him that he was sorry that he did forget to put the cap on but that he did fill it. I told the guy @ the counter that he didn't he was lying. I went to the parking lot and recorded myself having to fill the fluid myself after walking to a nearby store to purchase some. I can send you the video if you'd like. I was rather disappointed as I typically tell people how much I love Dobbs. I wasn't happy this time.
