My truck drived better. I've never reslly had a bad expetience with Dobbs. The only thing I don't like is the wsit even when you have an appointment. That may be a good thing!-good service snd everybody goed there.

Visit to Dobbs

I always visit this Dobbs because it is by my house and I always get superb customer service but this visit was different. Who ever the mechanic was, he did not place the oil cap back on and oil linked everywhere. Had my husband not needed a jump, I would not have known. Also I was suppose to travel out of town and it would have been days without the cap attached. I had to return to the store for a clean up and for them to check to make sure I didn't lose to much or any oil. I had lengthy waits both days.
