Dobbs Tire & Auto Center

Dropped my car off for oil change and to check breaks at 7a.m. Informed them I need my car at 3Was very irritated when called at 2 and told I needed new rotaters and would be done at 4They did get everything done by 3:15 when I was obviously agitated So maybe as a practice write when cars are expected done by at top of ticket to avoid miss understanding because customers sign ticket. All my other experiences with this location have been positive.

Prompt courteous experience

With an appointment, I arrived at 7:15 AM for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the alignment and brakes inspected. After the work was completed I was told that the alignment was to spec and the brakes were fine. No attempt to up-sell me.I was out the door by 9:00 AM

Competent service

I've had a variety of service done on several different vehicles. Dobbs generally performs the work needed for the price quoted, As with many auto shops they do try the up-selling but not to the point it detracts from the overall experience.

Customer service.

As I'm accustomed to, The Dobb's people were courteous and respectful.

Tire replacement

Recently I had a slow leak in a tire and I took my car in to get it patched. Turns out that a screw went into the tire in an area that couldn't be patched. They ordered a new tire to replace it under the road hazard warranty. They received it late that day and replaced it the next day. Everything was done promptly and efficiently.Appointment time kept and the work was don quickly. The service people were very friendly and helpful. Great experience!!!
