Everyone at Dobbs is great. From the front staff to the back. Special shoutout to Dan, Chris and Anthony for always making me feel at home.
I TOOK MY CAR IN LAST FRIDAY AND WAS INFORMED THAT MY UNIVERSAL JOINT WAS MESSED UP AND IT HAD CRACKED THE HOUSING ON MY TRANSMISSION. I WAS GIVEN A QUOTE FOR $995 WITH TAX, I THOUGHT THAT WAS A LOT FOR A 1HR JOB BUT I ACCEPTED TO SCHEDULE WORK FOR FOLLOWING WEEK. I LEFT DOBBS AND 5 MINUTES LATER MY CAR HAD TOTALLY CAME APART AS IF SOMETHING WASN'T PUT BACK. I CALLED MY ROADSIDE AND HAD CAR TOWED BACK TO DOBBS AND WAS GIVEN THE SAME REPAIR ESTIMATE. I WAS CALLED ON NEXT DAY THAT MY CAR WAS READY, I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD PICK IT UP ON MONDAY. WHEN I PICKED UP CAR NOT ONLY WAS MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON BUT THE CAR WAS LEAKING ANTI FREEZ. THIS DIDN'T SIT WELL WITH ME SO I CALLED THE MANAGER AND ARE MANAGER AND THE STORE MANAGER BLAMED ME AND SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH WHAT HE CAN DO. THEY GAVE ME A BILL FOR AN ADDITIONAL $400 AND THEN TOOK $100 IN GOOD FAITH AND THAT WAS JUST TO FIX THE SENSOR. NICE GUYS BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE. TOTALLY PRICE GAUGED!!! STILL WAITING ON CALL...
Any problems I have ever had, they have stepped up right away and made it right.Cars are not cheap to operate. But Dobbs always deals with you up front and honestly.
Everything was absolutely 5 Star as it has been for the past 20 years !

I heard a noise coming from the front of my car and they let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. Car runs just fine. It now has 218,XXX miles on her. Thanks to Anthony and staff!

You checked my car out before my 2000 mile trip to Seattle. Let me know I had a brake light out. Wish you had refilled my wiper fluid.
