I am a long time customer of Dobbs. Have never had a complaint on any visit. All of the employees have been helpful and professional.

Won't go anywhere else!

We have gone to this Dobbs with three cars for many years and I cannot imagine taking them anywhere else. We can always count on a really nice guy(always more than one) to listen to our issues and every time will have the solution just as we need,with a thorough and understandable explanation. We have been able to establish a firm trust in who and what we need, and for that, we are very grateful.

Car Repair

Had a rack and pinion replaced on an older car. Repair was fine, but when I picked it up, the window had been left open in the rain for a day. Very wet on driver seat. They dried it a bit with a towel and put a plastic bag over the seat. My biggest issue is that they never once apologized or acknowledged to me that this was a major issue. Very much dropped the ball on this one.

I brought the car in with a hesitation issue - the solution new ignition coils. When I drove the car home that night though the issue was still occurring. I was upset that I had to bring it back on Friday but the staff was professional throughout and took care of it quickly. Thanks
