The technician did not reconnect the airflow sensor and we had to return the car. They should have seen the problem if they had just driven the car.

Check Engine Light

I have been a long time customer of this Dobbs location. Sean is one of the best managers this location has had. Despite not having the best first impression of the new Service Manager, I worked with Sean over the following two weeks to eventually resolve the mechanical issue. I really appreciate the time Sean spent explaining the problem and then working with us on the cost. The Customer Service here is unbeatable. I will continue to bring my vehicles back to this Dobbs.

Disappointed

Car air conditioning issue was not resolved, despite a $175.00 service. Still has hot air blowing out of driver side vent when air is on for all other vents. Normally you do a good job.

Good service, helpful desk rep allowing me to pu keys after closing time while he was still there. got an odd vibe from the gent. he did not smile at all. also ended up paying $75 for 20 replacement lug nuts. Not sure if that was a legit need. had stopped going to autotire because they started this add-on crap after the car was there and not for regular maint items like coolant flush that was overdue but weird little crap that added up. Don't want that to happen with you guys.
