The crew at Dobbs Cave Springs always takes great care of me and my cars.Doug got me IN UP and OUT a whole lot faster than I thought it would take.

Never coming back.

My wife brought the vehicle in for a simple battery change. The truck requires 2 batteries and was told one was marginal and one was dead. Since the store only carried a single battery, they had to go to Berkely for the 2nd. After 4 hours, she was told the 2nd battery was cracked and leaking requiring another hour. Since she was coming to the wake of one of my police officers, she didn't have time. Mgr told her she could either swing back in today or tomorrow, and they would put the marginal battery in along with the new one. Since she was late at the wake, she attempted to come up at 7am. I had already left for the funeral, and she needed to drop off 2 kids at football then meet at the church. The truck was dead, she had no help and the Mgr said "I told you to stop in last night before 5pm. She was then instructed to call for a tow. Considering the large amount of business our city mechanic does with you, it's been decided that no longer will Dobbs service the city vehicles.

We had an oil leak and our regular Dobbs location couldn't fit us in. The Cave Springs location diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts to fix it. They had it done within a few hours on a scheduled day.
