I was very impressed by the phenomenal customer service I was given. Was my first time getting my oil changed myself and the first visit there (I have been the passenger in the car at other places). I told them I didnt know what I was doing and they were super helpful explaining things to me; without making me feel stupid or taking advantage of my ignorance. I will only ever go to them to get my oil changed!!!!!!!! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!!!
They did not check the air pressure even after I asked them too. They also did not check any of my lights. Very disappointed. I felt because my car is newer they didnt feel the need to do the regular routine stuff, but they should. My husband had to put air in all 4 when I came home.
