Again another quick in quick out with no complaints of service. I have my tires changed 2x/year at the Cheektowaga location and have been super pleased with every aspect of service. From accommodating appt times, prompt email reply and on time service makes this task easy and pain free. I will continue buying my tires and having them cared for by Cleve-Hill.

Tires and oil change

Customer service was good. Oil change was done but tires received were not right. Could not get tires before Monday so now Im inconvenienced to have to arrange to drop off again and get back to pick up when done.

Best Little Shop Around

Phenomenal experience all the way from making the appointment to picking up my car when it was done. Staff took the time to explain what ended up being arbitrary information, simply because they see the value in educating their customers, and in a way that the customer understands. theyve worked on several of my Cadillacs and I could not recommend them more.
