My trust is broken

Not so good. This is the third time in a row that service was not good. I am very sad. The first was new brakes that didn't last a year. Next was after an oil change, my car sounded like it needed a new muffler.. was told by you that muffler was just fine your car needs to be driven... Went to Muffler Man and was told muffler was fine but they said you just had an oil change and who ever did it never put the top back correctly on the oil filter. Then most recently had car inspected. Was told I needed two new tires were ordered come back Wednesday and we will put them on. You tried to push me off til Thursday or Friday couldn't do that so come in we will fit you in.. and then I drive the car home. Start to drive the car out my driveway the next morning new tire is flat as pancake and off the rim. It seems to me you rush to do work and then you do not check the work. My trust is gone after 3 mishaps. I am very sad.

The Gentleman, Tucker, at Cleve-Hill's Service Desk was professional and courteous. He called for an Uber to drive me home because my vehicle had to be left there for repairs. When the repairs were completed he called for another Uber to drive me to Cleve-Hill to get my vehicle. I'm satisfied with the at whole experience at Cleve-Hill.....the overall courteous and professional staff with whom I came in contact with, vehicle repairs, etc

Cleve-Hill always do a GREAT job. No over pricing, very polite workers, tell you what the problem is in plain language that you can understand. I would recommend this place for your consideration. I and my son are repeatcustomers several times now and will continue to come again and again.

Andy and his team always provide the best service. My car had an issue that took a few rounds to diagnose but they got to the bottom of it and helped me keep my car for another year.Customer service is excellent here and as a woman they treat me with respect and explain what the repairs are and why they are needed.
