Made an appointment to get my tire looked at, it wouldn't hold air. Got tire fixed and got a VERY noticeable scratch in my drivers side door. Employee said it wasn't him, I must've got it somewhere else. My appointment was 8am, I hadn't been anywhere else. And I would have noticed it right away, like I did when they returned my car to me.

I am so grateful to Eric, Jeremy and the rest of the team for their excellent service! I ended up running over something in one of the many construction zones and one of my tires was shot by the time I arrived at work. I was able to get my vehicle to the location by 8:30 am and they had my car all set with new tires and delivered back to me within 3 hours! I was surprised at the quick turn time and they made it seem like no big deal. Well, it was a big deal to me and I am so appreciative to them for getting me out of a jam! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!

My car was flashing engine lights. I drove right to Schierl on Main st. Eric tested it .Pulled it into the heated bay, then drove me to work. When I returned hours later he went to test it again and gave me instructions on how to prevent this from happening in the future.

We purchased tires and had them installed by them one year ago. Per agreement, with oil change you receive tire rotation and alignment check. Nope they don't do that! Will never deal with them again. Go to a dealer!
