Disappointed that my son waited 4 hours for an oil change. Mail reason for coming in was to look at sidewall damage that I expected would be replaced under road hazzard coverage only to be told not punctured -its ok. Would have thought an advisor could have come out and done that up front. Probably would have scheduled oil change for later. Not considerate of customers time!!
