On July 8, 2024 I purchased a tire from this store (Flynns Wexford PA). The following week, July 15, 2025 I had an issue to discuss with them about this tire that I had purchased so I went into the shop and discussed it with a service writer (Zane). He and the manager (Brandon Ishida) were very understanding, and polite, and my issue was totally resolved in a short period of time. It was a win-win situation. I would highly recommend this Flynns location in Wexford for your next auto service, inspection, or tire needs.

The manager Brandon is the best and should be recognized for his excellent customer service. He makes sure everything runs smoothly and all the customers are treated with respect. The staff are very efficient and courteous. Have been going there for years now and would never go anywhere else. Thanks to each and every one of you who makes this location the BEST!

My front brakes sounded terrible, I was sure I at least needed new pads. They said there was a point of contact that just needed shaved down and Id be good to go! Now brakes are quiet again and still work great! And to make things much better, the 2 people I dealt with, Jordan and Haley I believe, were both super friendly and seemed to be genuinely nice people. Not generally a staple of most auto shops and it made my experience much better.

Absolutely terrible. I am a long-time customer who waited 1.5 weeks to get state inspection (1 car today and 1 car tomorrow) at the Wexford PA location. Brandon told me to bring the car (knowing there were no stickers) and when I arrived, Jordan (apparently a new guy) was having an argument over requested service with one of the mechanics. Then I was told there were no inspection stickers, and that they could fail my car and I could come back (at my inconvenience) at get the sticker (he had no idea when they might come in). I cancelled both appointments and Jordan seemed happy and said Great, have a nice day!. Not, We are so sorry and we hate to lose your business, how can we make this right?, for example.You lost my business and my referrals. Can someone manage this business? At least have inspection stickers for the appointments you make, for goodness sake! Basic stuff people! You knew you couldnt serve me but had me come anyway so you could get paid.
