I bought my tires there and the staff is very nice, however, I would like to get my tires rotated, which I keep getting email reminders, and every time I stop or call its a 1 1/2-2 hour wait and they will not make appointments. I work through the day and cannot sit and wait for that long. I should be able to make an appointment so can schedule my time.
